new posting--> MEDICINE POSTING.

1st week pon dah penat macam orang hape dah. harap-harap lepas ni bila dah dapat adapt dengan medicine, no more penat-penat. tapi serius penat!!!

• follow ward round every morning at 8.00 am.
• 10 case summary every week. 
• 2 seminar presentation on 2nd and 7th week of posting.
• case presentation on 6th week of posting
• 2 case write up by handwritting on 3rd and 7th week of posting.
• fill up all the procedures in the ward.

harap-harap aku dapat lalui semua ini dengan hati yang cekal dan tabah. semoga Allah mempermudahkan segala urusanku sepanjang aku posting medicine ni. Amin.
